Blue Diamond is spending £1m on a refurbishment at St Peters Jersey, updating the centre after 10 years.
In July, refurb work will begin at Coton Orchard in Cambridge, bought in December 2016.
On 4 April, Fermoys in Devon will hear about a rebuild planning application.
Newbridge has won planning, while Harlow and Fryers have planning permissions pending.
A 20th centre is due to be bought this week, in the Midlands.
Managing director Alan Roper said it is "the intention never to stop" adding to the group, when the right sites in the right areas come along.
