Berwick and Dunbar garden centres post improved results

Berwick-upon-Tweed Garden Centre, which has centres at Berwick and Dunbar, has improved turnover and profit in the year to 30 November 2015.

Recently posted results show combined turnover is up 6.8 per cent to £4.236m, from £3.969m.

Director Nick Crabbie said gross profit is up from 47.6 per cent to 50.3 per cent.

Pre-tax profit is up 83.8 per cent.

Operating profit was £438,000.

Dunbar opened in 2013.
