ADAS/Syngenta UK vegetable industry conference date set

The annual ADAS/Syngenta UK vegetable industry conference and exhibition will take place on 1 February 2011, it has been announced.

The conference's opening address will be given by the head of Defra crop hubs, Jeremy Cowper, who is speaking on Defra's vision for farming and horticulture.

Other leading industry professionals and researchers will also share their expertise on the Fruit & Vegetable Task Force report, new pesticide products for the industry and precision irrigation for field-scale vegetable production.
