The programme incorporates an upgrade to the club’s fleet of machinery and the club has bought three new pieces of Toro turf maintenance machinery.
The club’s City of Manchester Stadium has a new Toro ProCore 648 aerator and electric Workman utility vehicle.
The Carrington training ground has a new Reelmaster 3100-D mower to deal with the three newly constructed training pitches.
The move follows the purchase of Manchester City FC by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who bought the club for £200m last year.
Grounds manager Roy Rigby said these were very exciting times.
