By Magda Ibrahim Wednesday, 01 July 2009
Work on a major park in Stockton-on-Tees is close to completion.
Romano Park's Landscape for Play is due to open on 20 July following a significant programme of works to create a new play space for the area.
Romano Park will be situated in Ingleby Barwick, Stockton, and will cover an area of approximately 5.2ha (13 acres).
The Landscape for Play has been created with extensive consultation with local children, and the input of artists and the council's landscape team.
