Environment secretary Hilary Benn lends support to strategy aiming to promote horticulture professionals' skills

The need to equip growers with the right skills for the 21st century has been acknowledged by environment secretary Hilary Benn, who has written to business secretary Peter Mandelson to express his support for a national skills academy for agriculture and horticulture.
